You create a username and password via the EZiPublishing system and each user can have their iPad app locked to a specific login.

If version control is important, you can easily update the content and de-publish any outdated content. Any old URLs will expire on the Web and any content that is updated will send a notification to tablet and mobile users to download the latest edition.
